Jamie Taylor

Principal Lecturer in Jazz

"Kiu worked very hard indeed during the year that he studied jazz guitar with me. He never missed a lesson and always devoted himself fully to any task I set. As a result of this sustained effort, there were very noticeable improvements in his playing during this period, especially in terms of time and rhythm, and I have no doubt that these developments will continue as his studies go forward. Punctuality, reliability, and application are the foundations of professionalism and, since Kiu possesses these qualities in abundance, I'm sure he will one day find steady employment within the music profession."
